My favourite dessert. Creamy chocolaty deliciousness. Just 2 main ingredients and some spices. It will take about 15 minutes to prepare and 4 hours to set in the fridge.
Dark chocolate (min 70%) is rich in antioxidants, can strengthens immunity and is associated with longevity. Coconut milk nourishes the body with healthy fats. A real treat for body and soul.

INGREDIENTS
A few
mint leaves for decoration
Optional: a few drops
stevia for extra sweetness
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Break chocolate in pieces and melt ‘au bain marie’ (in a metal or heat resistant glass bowl over simmering water, make sure water does not touch bowl)
- As chocolate melts, stir frequently with spoon
- Pour coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla essence into blender
- Once chocolate has completely melted, add to blender
- Optional: Add a few drops of stevia for extra sweetness
- Blend for 1 minute
- Pour mixture into 4 dessert dishes
- Place into fridge allowing mousse to set for about 4 hours
- Add mint leaves or coconut flakes for decoration on top
