Burger and fries with a healthy make-over. The burger bun is replaced with an oven roasted portobello mushroom, accompanied by pan-fried sweet potatoes and homemade garlic mayonnaise. A healthy feast.

WORK DESCRIPTION
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (hot air oven)
- Clean portobello mushrooms, wash tomato, lettuce and parsley
- Remove mushroom stems
- Place mushrooms on baking tray (stem side down), spread some olive oil on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake for 10 minutes, set aside
- Meanwhile finely chop 1 onion and parsley
- In large bowl, mix minced meat, egg, chopped onion, parsley, mustard, coconut flour, salt and pepper using a fork or your hands
- Form 2 balls using your hands, then flatten to burger patties
- Add coconut oil to pan and fry burgers on slightly higher heat, turning them regularly until they have turned brown on both sides. This will take about 10-15 minutes
- Meanwhile prepare garlic mayonnaise and sweet potato fries
- Cut tomato in slices and other onion in rings
- Build burger: 1 portobello mushroom (stem part facing up), lettuce leave, garlic mayonnaise, onion rings, burger, more mayonnaise, tomato slices and top with 1 portobello mushroom
- Repeat for second burger
