Sardines on greens

Tinned sardines are one of my household staples. I even carry one in my handbag for emergencies. They are the perfect healthy last-minute-meal option. Combined with a few green leaves, onions and capers sardines make a very tasty salad.

Sardines are a great source of omega-3 fats, good for heart health and brain function. Also very tasty on a buckwheat pancake for extra substance.
